Return and Refund Policy

  1. Please check the parcel after receiving it to confirm if there are lacking or wrong products and contact with sales as soon as possible. We will send the lacking or correct products to you according the actual situation.
  2. For any catalog product purchased directly from Solarbio or one of its authorized distributors, customers may contact Solarbio for a replacement of the product with an identical or similar product at no charge if the product does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product description. This policy is valid for one year from the date of purchase and only applies to catalog products. To request a replacement, please email to contact us info@solarbio.com. For custom projects, please refer to the original project quotation for return and refund policies. 
  3. For complaints of quality, please contact with sales and provide the details of the experiment operations and related pictures, the sales will send these to technical support, they will deal with it in time and send feedback to you. 100% refund or replacement is offered on all Solarbio catalog products exhibiting quality issues. All other Solarbio catalog products refund request will incur a 50% cancellation fee. To request a refund, please email info@solarbio.com. Please have your order information readily available, so our technical service representatives can better assist you with your request.
  4. All requests for return and refund must have prior authorization, avoid generating unnecessary freight charges and customs duties.
