  • Immunize five Balb/c mice, perform ELISA to assess serum titers, and once the antiserum titer meets the required standard, collect whole blood and isolate the antiserum.

Price: USD 800~1000 per project.

CRO-Polyclonal Antibody Production Services

The following contents are all for rabbit polyclonal antibody preparation services. For customers who need to immunize rats, goats or other animals, please inquire.

  1. Service

1) Immunize two rabbits per antigen, with four rounds of immunization.

2) Once the antiserum meets the required titer standards, collect whole blood and separate the antiserum.

3) Purify antibodies via affinity chromatography.

4) Determine the titer of purified antibodies by ELISA (antibody titer).

  • Peptides: 10 mg total (5 mg for immunization, 1 mg for detection/assays, 4 mg for affinity column preparation), purity >90%.
  • Recombinant Proteins: Protein solution at 2 mg/mL, purity >85%, total quantity >5 mg.
